The ring and setting are stunning!
I spent 5 years looking and planning for this purchase for a 25th anniversary; the design is excellent as is the execution; this purchase, along with Blue Nile's 1.52 C emerald cut diamond was a stunner and my wife was thrilled. I went to numerous other sites and stores, and Blue Nile has the selection and quality, excellent customer service, and went the distance to have the ring shipped via a friend's house. Yes, it is mentally challenging spending the amount I did and not being able to see the product prior to purchase, but Blue Nile's web site allows the purchaser to really 'dial in' what characteristics are important in both the diamond and setting, and then focusing on those items. The artist's renderings of the ring on a finger helped a good deal too. I would most definitely purchase from Blue Nile without hesitation.
Everything was perfect, a few months back our son purchased his wedding rings from Blue Nile and I questioned making this large of a purchase on the internet? He stated he had done some research and Blue Nile was a reputable company. When the ring arrived we had it checked out and found out he got a great diamond at a great price. I then used the same site to purchase a 30 year anniversary ring. The new ring was a huge hit at a great price!

The wedding set I got from Blue Nile was a big hit. This ring replaces one that was beat up and had lost/ replaced stones over the past 30 years. The stone was even more brilliant than expected. I would deffinetly buy from Blue Nile again.
