surprising small
The D pendant is way too small. I think you should have some common place items to use as a size reference. It will make shopping for pendants a lot easier and more concise.
This charm is smaller than you think.
The quality is obviously fine, I just had no idea how small the charm would be. I don't know if this was well indicated on the site and probably happens often. Maybe you should provide a scale or some sort of object to compare it too. Sorry, but I was extremely disappointed when I opened the box.
