Extended Holiday Return Policy
Our Return ProcessOnce we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Blue Nile), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewellery items (not including wedding rings) may not be returned. Engraved wedding rings may be returned, however, the engraving fee is non-refundable. Returns with no Blue Nile return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
How To Prepare A ReturnTo return a diamond or jewellery item to Blue Nile, please contact our Customer Service department at 888-565-7610 or by email at email@example.com. They will provide you with detailed instructions on how to process a return from Canada. To ensure proper handling of all duties and taxes, please follow the return instructions provided. Please note, the shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
Note: Blue Nile will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
