  Just as I imagined! The appearance and sparkle of the diamond is lovely. A nice delicate necklace which is just what I wanted. I haven't worn it yet but will soon! The opal and diamond earings I also purchased are something to consider to compliment a diamond necklace. They are stud earings but are different and a nice change from just having a single stone.
