Great quality. Exceptional service!
The necklace was beautiful and you can see that it is of better quality than department store and chain jewelry stores. You should purchase from Blue Nile just for the exceptional customer service.
Excellent necklace. The diamond was smaller than I expected, but not to the fault of Blue Nile - I just miscalculated; they did a great job of portraying the product accurately. I would definitely recommend Blue Nile, as well as this product. Next stop: the matching earrings.
Gem too small
I bought this along with the matching earrings, but the gem on the necklace was too small. The earrings worked out great. Very easy to return the necklace - no hassles.
