I love it, but too short!

Although the bracelet was BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT in every way but one-the most important one-it was about 1/2 an inch too short! Your customer service people are wonderful and the exchange process is easy to navigate. Can't wait for the replacement, longer version, to arrive.
